The knobs are V, T & B, in that order. The switches are pickup selector (by the volume), then series/parallel for the pickups, and the last is passive/active/active with treble boost.
If you understand the switches it’s about the most versatile bass out there, it can sound like a P, a J, or any number of more modern basses. Still have my ‘96 that I ordered through Chad at Bass Northwest. It was quite the upgrade from the plywood Samick J Bass I started out on.
