I’m not saying we need to be like the Taliban. I’m saying we need to be like how we were in 1940. The extra fake and gayness that modernity has developed since then is making us weaker. Weak to the point where we will probably not be able to withstand a serious test from a serious adversary. Technology and culture do not need to march together. Tools can be developed to serve God’s purposes as well as Sodom’s.
