Haha I think this may be the first hard disagree I've had with you. Basic income is somewhere between sacrilege and evil-incarnate to neoliberals. I'm not sure there is any way not to immediately turn them off, is all I'm saying.
But it is a worthy goal and I'd love to hear anything you find that works so I can use it when I teach!
