Ben Wehrman (nprofile…ctkt) I had an itchy/skin flaking scalp for as long as I can remember, and also red, irritated, flaking skin on each side of my nose, and also on my face every time I would shave my beard. Have done beef, bacon, butter and eggs for seven months and have not had any of the above since I started. (was not eating processed foods prior, but it seems cutting out nuts, fruit, veg etc made the difference). Hopefully I dont jinx myself saying this...
