Agreed, privacy must be the default for Zaps. We need to make this the standard in all clients now before the masses arrive
This is why anon/private Zaps *have* to be the default in Nostr clients.
Until then we're undermining all of the privacy provided by Lightning for practically no reason. While amounts need to be displayed in Nostr clients for effective social usage, no info on payee or comment should be a core part of things unless a user opts-in to revealing that info.
We have a chance to make privacy the default.
