yep, and the 100,000 free TAFE places per year is a move in the right direction too (as long as it's not an excuse to pump more $$ into non-TAFE trainers).
There needs to be a lot more done to reduce the cost of education and training to individuals. Forgiving some of existing debt is good, lifting the threshold for repayment is good but is only a start to what's needed.
