I’m not really sure what you mean?
Perhaps people will be “priced out” of owning a full coin, but that is different from what you describe?
People had over a decade to front run the institutions, governments, ETFs, and nation states. If they didn’t take advantage by now, they likely never would have.
Some people need the status quo to give Bitcoin their blessing before buying.
