I admit defeat today.
My body is broken and trying to do anything is like wading through knee deep mud.
It has taken me 20 minutes to take a bag of recycling out to the garden - normally a 3 minute job.
I'm going to put food in the oven, then get changed into my pjs while food is cooking.
Its not often I have a day just staring at the TV, but I think that is my plan for the afternoon.
This is a level of fatigue that I really don't want.
