True, DOJ has been very active in responding to 1/6. They've indicted over 1,000 insurrectionists. But they aggressively shielded the whole GOP from justice. E.g. they never even looked at pre-1/6 surveillance video, despite a witness saying she saw Republican congressmen leading reconnaissance tours. I think "sham" is warranted.
Re: Vance, I'm saying, I see why Pence's testimony would affect the case against Trump, but why would Luttig's? Also, would indictment of Trump matter?
