It is a 1964 plan that has been longed dropped because the plan requires 60 nuclear excavation explosions. Along with this story of the very expansive Saudi 'smart city" Neom which was located at the top of the Gulf of Aqaba. This plan has been scaled back to a fraction of the original dream
