Never seen a vendor actually offering them though. They'll only do that for proper bulk amounts.
If you just want a personal stash you're honestly fine using your own address. Obviously IANAL but in the UK at least, a package alone is not evidence because anyone can order something to any address.
Police might send a love letter for foreign orders but domestic is safe 99.9999% of the time.
If by some bad luck your pack ends up in police hands just deny any knowledge of it. But if you order domestic personal amounts this is very unlikely.
I been using DNMs since 2013. Never once had trouble with LE.
