Maby in the case I would one day get to know someone, that does mention Simplex.
Currently I feel, Signal is very popular and is for me trustworthy enough to believe it is very good for my privacy.
Most bigger groups I still have on Whatsapp since there are many people who do only use Whatsapp for messaging.
