Some sad news, 3 days ago my #Robin friend Hedgy lost a challenge from a rival male, who is now occupying their territory. Both Hedgy & Hazel are still alive, but will be looking for a new home. I shall miss them dearly, but they are wild birds & this is their way. Both of their surviving fledglings are fine and are now fully independent, and one of them (Bramble) is still hanging around for the time-being. My other Robin pair (Little Mate & Maple) are doing well - Maple is now sitting on eggs.
