There are lots of other things that fit consensus but which aren't propagated by the rules most noderunners have configured. So it's misleading to call this "aligning" mempools policies and consensus, as if there aren't good reasons to reject some transactions on our nodes.
Do you also accept any email someone sends you, since there's no way to filter spam 100%?
