I think Trudeau and most of the Liberals know that replacing JT now will look like a desperate ploy for votes and it will not work. I'm sure JT's reasons for standing election are multiple but letting a new guy take the fall at election time - it would make me feel dirty. Run on what has been accomplished and what can be accomplished next and let the chips fall where they may.
