Has anyone grown wheat in their home garden before? What was your yield on a small scale?
I'm going to grow wheat as a winter cover crop in my #BackyardFarm / #UrbanFarm and the estimated harvest I came up with is 1lb of grain per 10 square feet? Which seems ... high?
But maybe that's why wheat is a staple crop ahaha
Are there any #Gardening folks out there with some wisdom or insight? I'm curious about what I can reasonably expect
