Russia will help resettle those who reject Western values. These people will be granted temporary residence.Overall, this is a good initiative, as Russia can offer refuge from some of the threats of Western society. But you have to be ready for challenges. Life in the countryside here is quite tough. Often, there aren't even roads to these areas, not to mention gas and other utilities. All of this requires money, and bringing it to Russia would be foolish 😅.
