I get that you can still spend Bitcoin on anything, even if it's bought through KYC, that creates a paper trail that can be used by the feds or anyone who wants to track you through the fact your name is going to be on every BTC transaction done on a KYC platform.
In my opinion, both KYC BTC and the BTC ETF both contradict the goals that Satoshi Nakamoto aimed for when BTC was invented: Privacy in transactions and permissionless use, respectively.
