dear universe: do not assign this person to me again. they're very nice! on a personal level, I like 'em! on a professional level, the last task completed was completed on a totally different item than the one I specifically requested by name, and every single time they want a 30 minute meeting to discuss a very simple request and I cannot handle this right now.
