Am thinking about a possible move to a flat in Orewa (or at least adjacent - Whangaparoa Peninsula).
It’s more space, much cheaper, sunny & bright, close to the beach, the quality of the fit-out is amazing, even has a patio & fenced garden.
But it’d be min 90 mins on the bus. Each way. Each day 😳
