Today at the Repair Cafe one person brought in their laptop that was running slowly, and the repair was literally removing all the shit bloatware that Dell had bundled onto it.
I feel like when you buy something, you should own it, and it should be made with the user's interests prioritised. Apparently that's a hard ask these days. 😒
