So there were some decent announcements but I think it's become really clear that this generation in particular has been hobbled from the start. You'll notice that a majority of actual "next gen" games aren't hitting until the end of 24 or mid 25. We wasted basically half a decade of dev time to studios having to retool games to either run on last gen stuff or just scrap it entirely because install bases were nonexistent for the first 2 to 3 years. I wouldn't doubt people doing gaming retrospectives in 20 years time will look back on this period as a massive drought of games punctuated by one or two gems.
