So you ask your #ISP to please stop sending Invoice Emails at 2am and they say they can't because it's the system that sends them and standard procedure🤦. Who do these people think they are, acting like they are the only ISP in #SouthAfrica and I further wonder if the Director of that business knows that their staff is too lethargic to solve a simple request from a customer, on pain off loosing that customer. I told them that I will terminate the service, which I now did.
