"content": "The European Space Agency has opened a new mock-up of the Moon in Cologne, Germany. This simulated lunar surface measures 700 square meters (about a sixth of an acre) and contains 900 tonnes of simulated lunar regolith, as well as boulders, craters, and other lunar hazards. Cables can be attached overhead to artificially reduce the weight that astronauts and vehicles experience to match 1/6th lunar gravity. This will provide a test bed to learn about lunar exploration.\n\nhttps://www.esa.int/Science_Exploration/Human_and_Robotic_Exploration\nhttps://m.universetoday.com/system/media_attachments/files/113/199/675/163/499/225/original/0ad4cd644dbf2958.jpg\n",
