"content": "Since quarterly releases advance along with the main branch now, they have almost as many changes as yearly releases under the hood. Yearly releases have far more user-facing changes due to how feature flags are used to ship tons of user facing changes without enabling them yet. Feature flags are largely for changes which are user or at least app developer facing but many are also under the hood changes. This is what made Android 15 a bigger update than 14 QPR3 or 14 QPR2.",
