I am cautious to not make a mountain out of a mole hill at this stage, but I am worried for my friends, and also curious to observe how this situation play outs on a societal level. What are the not so obvious second order effects of a large western city in a wealthy nation literally running out of water. Is there precedent for that? At what point do the feds take over? So many questions!
