I am having an unwelcome return of that particular flavor of self doubt and self hatred that used to be the background noise of my daily life. Effexor has done a good job of turning it down to the point where I could ignore it, but it's broken through. At least it only breaks through now when there are legitimate reasons for me to feel inadequate. Trying to push it back, but you know - things fall apart, the center cannot hold, and all that.
