My two sisters both have very small houses, and don't have space for them, or the money to buy bigger houses to accommodate them. Hubby and I both work from home, and we don't have space for them either, especially when mum and dad would require a ground floor and bathroom, and we don't have that in our home.
Mum and dad also have the worst behaved dog in the world, and the dog attacks cats, and we have two cats.
