+25% of orthodox parishes in the US will need a new priest in the next 5 years.
There isn't new clergy to offset the number of clergy needing to be replaced.
The deficit is appx. 115 parishes per year when will need new or expanded clergy.
But at the same time, there is orthodoxy converts booming, but the three main orthodox seminaries are graduating about a quarter of the priests that are needed.
That's alarming because orthodoxy in the US could cease to exist.
