A heads up for Bari Tea Brewery. A while ago I bought one of their selection boxes and emailed them letting them know which tea blends I liked and which I didn't. They responded telling me what tea blends I would probably enjoy given my tastes. I picked up some of these yesterday and they are spot on, I really enjoyed their recommendations.
This is the gift set:
https://www.baritea.co.uk/product/northumbrian-collection/168My personal opinion, though I know that many people love the ones I don't like:
Northumberland Bari Breakfast - I loved this, a nice breakfast tea with a clear taste.
Northumberland Bari Afternoon - A lovely lighter blend with a hint of flowery and fruity flavours. Again I loved this
Earl Grey - This was the only one that I positively disliked. It has a very dry almost astringent flavour, much more so than most Earl Grey blends. Evidently it is their second-best seller, so not many people agree with me.
Garden Fruit & Herbs - This is a non-tea based infusion which is not really my thing. However it does have a lot more "body" than many infusions so good if I really want something 100% caffeine free. My daughter absolutely loves it, so it's probably a top choice for infusion lovers.
Glendale Indian Black Tea - There is nothing wrong with this, but I don't find anything particularly exciting about it either. It is very smooth and mild for an Indian black tea. Again I'm sure other people will love it.
