Every app needs a Nuke This App button, in the form of a mushroom cloud icon, in a really obvious place.
If the person using the app clicks/ taps the nuke, they're asked to select from a short list of reasons they're done with the app, and given a box into which they can type as optional comment. Then if they click the Nuke This App button beneath, and say "hell yeah" to the "Are You Sure" dialogue, they are logged out, their account deleted, and the app removed from their device.
