IS TAIWAN'S CHIP SHIELD ERODING?
There has been a lot of talk of #TSMC pulling out of #Taiwan due to its investments in the #UnitedStates, #Germany and #Japan.
While the new Arizona plant will be able to produce 4nm wafers, the announced plants in Japan and Germany are only able to work by 12nm, 16nm, 22nm and 28nm processes.
In Taiwan proper, TSMC is already producing 3nm wafers - and that is not all yet.
