Nah, i also refused to use Dynamax. And in Sun and Moon i refused to use Z moves. All this crap they keep adding to try to make the games look novel just puts me off because it's something you use once, see it's OP or boring and never use again.
And it's true the quality of villains dropped drastically over time. After Cyrus, the only bad guy i remember is Guzma and that's it. I guess that's why in Ultra Sun/Moon they brought back villains from the first 4 editions.
