The US Court just filed the minutes from my Case Mgmt Conference with Apple last week.
The notes and instructions are a better outcome then what I expected. The Judge is not allowing Apple to delay delay toxic tort & antitrust discovery pending their latest motion to dismiss! They have to do initial disclosures on their secret silicon fab in 60 days!
Next Case Mgmt Conf will be Aug 22 2024 & Apple needs to decide on ADR by then. Things are moving! 💪 ⚖️ 🏆
