1. The RGPD are laws, not "rules".
2. He's not breaking them, he's being fully compliant as the node does accept deletion requests sent by remote servers, if this bothers you then you can cry about it or leave social media.
This wouldn't be a problem if the guy involved wasn't Alex, there's plenty of instances that are not RGPD compliant and none of you gives a shit about them. But Twatter/BSky brained cattle always has to make lolcows of themselves and be shamelessly hypocritical.
