I didn't lay that scenario out to argue that governments should exist, or that governments are preferable. It's only an example of a society that could operate under the anarcho-capitalist framework you described. There are real, material limits to the logic you use, which means unless you can work this out you should look for better a-priori organizing principles besides self-ownership. 

Also, I didn't say this was a sustainable scenario - that's the entire point. But if making things sustainable is just a matter of shooting people in the head, I don't see why that wouldn't be just as possible in this endgame.
