I recently finished a course on how the brain changes when we learn stuff. One thing it really opened my mind up to (ha!) is the fact that for the most part we can learn anything, and there is nothing getting in our way. (Obviously, learning disabilities cause issues.)
It has changed my beliefs about things I have always thought that are out of my ability to learn.
