Just drafted up this little story while inbetween tasks at work. Really wanted to capture as warm and happy of a feeling as possible :3 lmk what you think!!
You open your heavy eyes at the feeling of being lifted out of your crib. Not quite aware of your surrounding yet, you feel a tug at the waistband of your diaper. You arent exactly sure what this is for, but you know it usually leads to you being layed on the changing table. Waking up a bit more now, the squirming and whining begins. Thats when you realize your caretaker is cradling you in their arms and looking at you with a smile akin to a ray of warm sunlight. Their presence alone is enough to calm your post nap cranky attitude. Their lips move and words like a gentle song fill your ears. You are much to small to even understand what these sounds are, but even so you babble right back. These noises youre making causes the caretaker to let out some soft laughter. You can feel the joy and love radiating from them. This warm happiness is a feeling you two will share for a long time, but for now, you are whisked away to start the day.
