i hate to burst your bubble but neither mars nor venus have the necessary magnetic shield
they will never be habitable above ground for normal life, terraforming is a fantasy, based on ignoring the necessary magnetic shield
yes, maybe we can have settlements on these places under the protection of a fusion/antimatter powered magnetic shield but really, it's not a lot more protected than building stuff in deep space, if you have that tech already
