I think I tore a tendon or something in my hand this morning trying to hit a PR during my diddly. I felt a sharp pain along the side of my thumb while lifting and dropped the weight. It has been hours now and I can't even use my thumb to make a fist, every time I try I just get this intense pain and can't wrap my thumb around.
