Can we all agree that "crypto" means "cryptobiotic soil crust"? **
In the outdoor adventure community, there is a fascinating and amusing culture around cryptobiotic soil crust. You can disparage someone's character by saying they are the type of person who "walks on crypto," for example.
I'm playing around with a blog post and I'm looking for example of this culture in action. Memes, sayings, artwork, etc. I've heard of a 2016 bumper sticker in Moab that said "Trump steps on crypto," and a Venn diagram of "people who walk on crypto" and "cryptocurrency bros" or something like that. I'd love to find these or any similar images or hear any anecdotes of the culture around cryptobiotic soil.
