I really hope you can get Paxlovid. I know most European countries are too stingy to pay for it for most people (in the US they give it out like candy), but you're exactly the sort of person who ought to get it. The ability to basically completely shut down the (evolutionarily-conserved) 3CLpro is... "useful". Kinda hard to build new viruses if you can't cut up your polyprotein.
