I was chased by a pair of scary dogs today in the park while going for a run. Fortunately nothing beyond that, but it did rattle me.
If people want to have dogs they should be responsible owners, this park is clearly not a leash free area and the dogs were aggressive and unsupervised. Two mums with their children were also afraid of walking by because of them.
Together we called animal control, because no one was ready to front up and control the dogs. And someone could be hurt easily.
