The rest is a lot of potential future problems that you are overly defeatist about. The government can already take in an insane amount of data but it doesnt help them at all. The reality is that they make one or two busts a year off people being completely retarded or literally @ing their state governor saying they are coming to bomb them and people think the government is suddenly god on earth.
