Which is why the UK has a beer industry rife with VAT fraud, duty fraud, over-laden vehicles, very dodgy insurance scenarios, and generally vague recognition of any regulation be it alcohol, allergens, labelling, etc, etc. (And I have no doubt similar can be said of other industries, I speak only of the one I know most intimately. Don't even get me started on the things I'm learning about the state of pub compliance to relevant laws these days too.)
