We have considered NM. We have vacationed in Las Cruces, Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and most recently in Cloudcroft this past summer. My late aunt and uncle lived in Albuquerque for many years. But mental health services are not great in NM and the police, at least in Albuquerque, don’t have a good reputation for how they interact with persons like my daughter.
