Total agreement that 100% of the blame is on the GOP.
Not at all clear that Biden said he wouldn't negotiate on budget numbers until after the debt limit was raised which seems to be how many folks chose to interpret his statements (and I wish had been his stance).
That old distinction without a difference thing was doing a lot of work for Biden.
