Duration isn't as important as attention and playfulness! I don't have the stats on hand but most women take many, many minutes to even get to a point where we are even ready for penetration, let alone orgasm.
Focus on what your partner is asking for, and if they're not, you should be asking what they want! Oral, fingers, toys, etc are all really enjoyable activities and mean that there's more to actually do so you don't get stuck in a rutting rut.
