Ya I was going to say that mining typically has used a lot of electricity. The draglines, maybe the biggest of heavy machinery, are typically powered by a huge power cord. But that’s not because it’s better for the planet. It makes engineering sense, especially when a coal mine can have its own coal generator that can produce massive amounts of power. But dump trucks? Unless there is a scenario like you mention, it seems a little gay. Especially looking at that dump truck.
