There is a project named Magic Wormhole. I think it behaves like warpinator to transfer arbitrary files between two machines (including Windows), but I haven't toyed around with either:

And this is a Rust written GUI for Magic Wormhole, although unfortunately it is part of Gnome projects and is written with GTK:
